Every time I get feedback on a workshop, someone mentions that the breakouts were powerful moments of connection – and they want more. I want more too.
I did some looking around, and while there are leadership groups for women of color, there’s still a need for spaces where identity is interwoven with bold leadership development. So, we’re going to build it!
Leadership can feel lonely — especially when you’re navigating systems not built with you in mind. But by leveraging technology and a platform many of you are already on, there’s no reason to do it alone. This is a space where your story, your questions, and your voice matter. Whether you’re managing a team, plotting your next move, or just trying to stay centered — you belong here.
What it’s NOT: A random networking group

On September 18, we’ll flip the switch and turn on a $140 annual subscription (this covers your Slack Pro membership and some of our time and marketing costs). This cost may be covered by learning development funds… you can ask!
