Leading the way in what matters

We support and strengthen multicultural women to rise in leadership and leave a legacy.

We commit to:

Q:

“Marisa, what’s missing in leadership training for multicultural women?”

A:

Leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all, yet so much of leadership training is built around frameworks that were never designed with multicultural women in mind. Traditional leadership models often assume a level playing field, but the reality is that women of color navigate different barriers – whether the biases we navigate, the cultural expectations we balance, or the unique strengths we bring to the table.

As a multicultural woman myself, I know firsthand how the journey looks different for us, and I’m passionate about helping women advocate for themselves and create a powerful leadership legacy that inspires and paves the way for the next generation.

These facts drive us.
